Paige Harper Daniels, professionally known as Paige Daniels, is a 28 year old singer / songwriter and record producer, from Racine, West Virginia, USA. She became known for her distinctive, soft voice, and hyperpop sound. She began releasing music at just 16 years old, working with her long - time best friend, April Adams, on her debut album, Adore (released on June 22nd). Her second album, Daydreams, was released on May 16th when Paige was 18. The sounds of Adore and Daydreams were much softer than that of her later projects. Daniels went to college at NYU for around a year, but dropped out after being hospitalized for bulimia. Her third album, Pretty Hurts (released when she was 21 on February 3rd), centers on this experience, and leans much further into the hyperpop genre than her prior projects. It was received positively by critics and fans, and spawned her first Billboard Hot 100 entry, Fix It. She went on to release four more projects, with her latest, Love Letter, being her most well received both critically and commercially.
